There are so many things I could say about Marcela. All of them awesome. I have worked with her on many community projects over the years and she can be described in one ever-present way. She is a bulldog for making the end product successful. When others might cut their losses at an early state, or when the results may be good-enough, Marcela presses forward till the project becomes what she way in the initial agreement/vision.
She is a real-person when she talks to you and has no slick-willy used care salesmen in her. Working with Marcela is kinda like finding and auto repair person that you can trust to only fix what's needed, but who will double check to find things that can hurt you in the future.
